As of Monday, January 30th Eventide will be operational at the new clinic space that we purchased at 232 A Street Unit C3. Parking will be on street parking. As you enter the breezeway from street level on A Street we are the last space on the left.
Our Direct Primary Care model has proven to be very popular and has been a fantastic way to deliver care. Our members have given lots of great feedback on loving the ability to contact us by phone, email and messaging. Due to the popularity of the new practice model we are now at a Wait List juncture. All of those wishing to sign up will be added to our Wait List and informed of acceptance once a space is available.
