By phone: You can call the clinic during working hours for any clinical or logistical matters. A provider can typically be reached off-hours by calling the clinic and dialing “2”. We have also added a backup phone line in case the main number has any issues — that backup off-hours number is (206) 209-2428. Please reserve off-hours calls for urgent matters only, and as always, please dial 911 for any emergent or life-threatening situations.
